For my new years eye makeup I'm going to be copying iheartmakeup92 "Dramatic New Years Eve Makeup Tutorial" Maybe not quite as dramatic as she did but close.
Even though I liked Bethany Mota's look as well I think iheartmakeup92 is way more cooler and new years is the night to go crazy on the eyes!
