I know you don't have to be a nobody too go on the Voice but Christina Grimmie has about 2.5 million subscribers on YouTube, is signed with an agency called CAA, has a album called Find me.
Then to top it all off she has opened for Selena Gomez and the Jonas Brothers. She sure is no nobody.

Agreed. But, she still doesn't have a record deal. Probably because she refuses to be silent about being a Christian. So technically, she is not a professional artist yet. Same goes for Lindsey Stirling who has 4.5 million subscribers 1/2 a billion YouTube views and has nearly 100 sold-out concerts. No one seems to want to sign these Christian girls. Guess they're not trashy enough for the industry.
